A poor showing from Eastwood see's them crash out at the first hurdle in the Notts Senior Cup.

A poor effort from Eastwood yesterday, lots of missed chances and some poor defending. I would like to say we were beaten by a good side but Beeston were not a good side, however they did their best for their manager yesterday and it proved to be enough. Again we were without key players, Dave Worger, Jack Havron and Luke Coxon injured Elliott Pitt at a wedding, Jake Danby at work.
A good passing move sore Kione Gordon get on the end of a Warren Hatfield cross to put the red badgers 1-0 up at half time.
However complacency became a factor for Eastwood and Beeston pounced scoring two goals in 10 minutes.
