Badgers rack up half a dozen without reply as the Knights capitulated

Eastwood stunned Pinchbeck with a super attacking display of football from the very start and the visitors had no answer to the attacking front three as they surrended to the Red Badgers finest performance of the season.

After 27 the inevitable pressure paid off. Liam Hearn is put through on goal and his strike hits the bar. Tyrrell Shannon - Lewis reacted quicker than all around him and slots the ball home for the opener. Four minutes later and Hearn was at it again testing the 'keeper who saved the initial shot and Romello Nangle was on hand for the rebound.

2-0 and the visitors could find no tangible answer to the quickness and directness of Eastwood's attacks. To most discerning spectators present but for the stubbornness and sheer brilliance of Alex Smith in the United goal the score could have been doubled.

Despite missing a penalty, smartly kept out by Smith, on 37 Hearn went onto register his 9th goal of the campaign a minute before the break. Nangle the provider as he fed his fellow striker who made no mistake from 18 yards.

Barely 10 minutes into the second half and the contest was all but over. Nangle again providing the assist as Shannon - Lewis he pulls the ball back for the 4th. Tizer went onto complete his 3 timer after 74 minutes after the 'keeper made a decent stop from a Hearn effort.

A minute later and the rout was complete. Charlie Marzano with a cute ball forward and Hearn played a 1-2 with Kole Lambert before smashing the ball home.

A superb performance from the whole Squad and a climb up the table which puts all involved in a decent frame of mind for the upcoming FA Vase action.
