Eastwood made three changes from the Vase victory on Saturday, the injured Reuben Mitchell and Chay Bettridge both dropped out, after Saturday's man of the match performance Tom Coupe was on the bench. In came Sam Meakin, John Whitehurst and Connor Wrenn.

Four minutes in Eastwood picked up where they left off on Saturday, a mirror of Saturday's equaliser this time Sam Meakin was the corner taker and Danny Hayes flicked home perfectly to open the scoring. It was two, nine minutes later Sam Meakin again with the assist his cross from the left was excellently smashed into the roof of the net by Kieran Knight.

The home side continued to attacks in waves the dangerous front three of Joe Butler, Kieran Knight and Patrick Webb causing all sorts of problems. On thirty-eight minutes it was Joe Butler who made it 3-0, his lung bursting run into the box where he played in Knight who chopped back inside his shot was saved but Joe Butler was on hand to acrobatically slam home the rebound.

The only down side of the half was Eastwood failed to keep a clean sheet for the sixth game in a row Clipstone scoring thirty seconds before the break.

Eastwood started the second period in the same vein as the first, Kieran Knights good hold up play high up the pitch allowed his teammates to get forward, the Eastwood number nine fed the ball through to Butler who finds Rory Smith in the middle of the box, Smith sets it back for Webb to curl into the keeper's right corner.

Patrick Webb (Ozil) clipped the ball over the Clipstone defence to Kieran Knight who out paces the on rushing Clipstone keeper to lift the ball over him and secure his second goal of the night. Eastwood again impressive Webb carving open the away side's defence to find Rory Smith who calmly put the ball in the back of the net for his eighth goal of the season.

A charging run from Patrick Webb down the left he beat his man before flashing the ball across goal where it took a deflection and nestled into the bottom corner. In added time sub Jack Allen muscled his way into the box before letting loose and scoring Eastwood's eighth goal of the night.
