After Tuesday evening's first pre-season friendly of the 2019/20 campaign against Ilkeston Town, the Red Badgers return to action on Saturday afternoon against South Normanton Athletic.

Kick off is at 12:00pm at The Pro:Direct Stadium - tickets priced at:

Manager, James Jepson said:

"We are looking forward to South Normanton, it will be another test for us as Strez (Manager) has a very good squad."

The frustrating thing is holidays/Unavailability but this is non league and is to be expected, it should settle down after next week and by the Gresley game we will hopefully have everyone back for selection.

On a player front, the player we thought we had a chance of signing has fallen through, what I won’t do is get into a bidding war, we are a step 6 club and want players here for the right reasons.

We are still looking for a physio and match day kit man (Home & Away) to help support the lads who do it now. Should anyone know anyone interested then please get in touch with the club.
