Joint manager Shayler said; “Meaks is quality and it’s great to have him back. Me and Paul have been on at him about coming back since we took the job. He’s been back in training for a couple of weeks now, played the full game for the under 21’s last Friday night where he looked really good and oozed class. It gives us a headache in regards to team selection but a welcome one as Sam brings experience, is defensively sound and a great attacking option a big fan favourite and great asset to our ever improving squad.”

Meaks had this to add; “ Absolutely buzzing to be back out there the other night, can safely say I’ve missed it a lot! Ready for Saturday now, let’s go!”
