OFFICIAL CLUB UPDATE

Ben Edwards18 May - 07:41

A message from the Eastwood FC Management Team.

Eastwood Football Club can confirm the unveiling of the club's new badge.

The new crest draws direct inspiration from Eastwood Town Council's official crest, a deliberate decision to reconnect the club with the town's heritage, history, and identity.
Football clubs are at their best when they feel genuinely rooted in the place they represent. For too long, that connection between Eastwood FC and the wider town has felt distant. The new badge is a statement of intent — this club belongs to Eastwood, and it should look and feel that way.

Every element of the design has been considered with the town's history in mind, reflecting the roots and community that have always existed here, and that this club intends to build around going forward.

Steve Kirkham, former Eastwood player and former Eastwood manager, who returns to the club as Managing Director, said: "Eastwood has always meant something special to me. I played here, I managed here, and the people of this town have always been at the heart of everything the club stands for. When we talked about the new badge, it was important to all of us that it reflected that — the history, the community, and the identity that makes Eastwood what it is. This town deserves a club that feels like its own, and that's exactly what we're building."

The new badge will feature across all club materials, kits, and communications going forward.
