We always knew it was going to be a tough game.

However our boys looked fresh and lively producing some great pass and move play and this showed as we dominated the first half pulling them apart at times. With some slick TEAM play as we strode into a 4-1 lead at half time. WBR scoring a deflected goal from a hung ho approach.

So at HT, I told the lads to stay disciplined and hold their shape as WBR would go direct and we must hit them on the counter and WBR did exactly that. Long balls onto our back line who defended very well & although they did have a couple of very good ball players we limited their influence by good work rate and desire to regain the ball. Eventually from containing their play we hit them on the break to add a 5th & we should of probably added a couple more then WBR added a 2nd. A times we had to withstand some pressure but on a whole we were worthy winners and all the boys were excellent with good individual moments and most importantly playing a key roll for their team.
